What is Smart Value Assuered Buyback Plan?
The Smart Value Assured Buyback Plan provides a guaranteed buyback value for a device (consumer Electronics-Mobile, Television, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Air Conditioner) at a predetermined price, often when upgrading to a new device. This plan allows customers to essentially sell their old device back to the provider at a set price, which can then be used as a discount on the purchase of a new device.

- Smart Value Assured Buyback covers select range of Household products only. Other products may be added in the future.
How do I Particiate in Smart Value Assured Buyback?
- While purchasing your new eligible product, you may select to purchase Smart Value Assured Buyback Plan. Smart Value Assured Buyback plan must be purchased along with your new product to ensure a guaranteed future value of the same.

How do I return my phone to receive the buyback value?
- You may request a buyback for your Program Device up to 15 months after the date of purchase. Please follow redemption journey on Our app/website to complete the redemption steps. Post that a pickup will be scheduled and you will receive the settlement directly by Us.
Can I transfer my plan?
- The Plan is non-transferable. The transfer of ownership of the Device to another party will render the Plan & its benefits be null and void.
Do I have to pay m EMIs after I sell my device using Smart Value Assured Buyback offer?
- If you bought the device under an equipment installment plan or other financing plan you will be responsible for any and all remaining payments under such plan or contract, including any contract termination fees.
